Bill 40 ruling ‘a triumph for English school boards,’ says SWLSB

The recent Quebec Superior Court ruling on Bill 40 “is a significant victory not only for the English-speaking community of Quebec, but for official language minority communities across Canada,” says QCGN president Eva Ludvig.
