Official languages bill reveals ‘shift in the sands’ on Liberals’ approach to modernizing the act, say C-13 critics

“We’ve gone from a symmetric approach to one that is now skewed towards the promoting of French,” says QCGN interim President Eva Ludvig on Bill C-13, An Act to amend the Official Languages Act.
