The 2009-2010 Annual Report of the QCGN discusses the 15th anniversary year of the organization which has grow in size and reputation. It reports back on the new strategic plan that sets a new vision for English-speaking Quebec and an ambitious mission for the Network as well as the creation of the Sheila and Victor Goldbloom Distinguished Community Service Award.
