The 2009-2010 Annual Report of the QCGN discusses the 15^th anniversary year of the organization which has grow in size and reputation. It reports back on the new strategic plan that sets a new vision for English-speaking Quebec and an ambitious mission for the Network as well as the creation of the Sheila and Victor Goldbloom Distinguished Community Service Award.
