In its presentation to the National Assembly committee studying Bill 10: an Act to modify the organization of the health and social services network, in particular by abolishing the regional agencies, the Quebec Community Groups Network presented detailed arguments on how the proposed legislation not only threatens the health and social service institutions of Quebec’s English-speaking community that are key to its ability to survive and thrive, it eliminates them.
