The 2013-2014 Annual Report of the Quebec Community Groups Network discusses the projects of the QCGN including the ground-breaking Building Research Capacity related to Quebec’s English-speaking Seniors participatory action research project. On the political front the year included battles against Bill 14, which sought to reinforce the Charter of the French Language, and Bill 60 a.k.a. The Charter of Values, which proposed to put limits on the individual rights and freedoms of Quebecers. It also reports on the fifth anniversary of the Sheila and Victor Goldbloom Distinguished Community Service Award.
