TALQ’s 30for30: Helen Walling recognized for her work in healthcare and beyond for English-speaking community of greater Quebec City

News

As TALQ marks its 30th anniversary, we are turning the spotlight on the people who have shaped the vitality of English-speaking Quebec. Through 30for30, TALQ is recognizing 30 individuals whose leadership, creativity, and dedication have strengthened their communities across the province.

From arts and education to health, advocacy, and heritage, this diverse group of laureates represents the many ways English-speaking Quebecers contribute to the province’s social and cultural fabric. Each has made a lasting impact — often quietly, always meaningfully — improving lives and inspiring others to do the same.

Leaders in our province’s English-speaking community will gather in Montreal tonight to honour THIRTY individuals who have shown exceptional commitment, leadership, and contribution to their communities. Guest host Gordon Lambie speaks with one of the laureates of TALQ’s 30for30 difference makers list from the Quebec City area, Helen Walling.
