Collective Rights and the Declining Vitality of the English-speaking communities of Quebec – Remarks to the Committee

In remarks to the Committee on Culture and Education with regards to the General consultation and public hearings on Bill 103, An Act to amend the Charter of the French language and other legislative provisions QCGN President Linda Leith and Board member Roderick Macleod Leith remarked that the interests of society do not conflict with those of the individual and minority communities and asked the Quebec government to stop attempting to limit the rights and freedoms of English-speaking Quebecers.
